<span style="color: yellow;">材料;A)<br />蛋黄:4个(AA size)<br />幼糖:20g<br />油: 60ml<br />牛奶:70ml<br />可可粉:15g<br />底筋面粉:80g</span></h2>

<span style="color: yellow;"><br />1. 先把蛋黄和糖搅拌均匀<br />2. 再加入油、牛奶和粉类搅拌均匀到无粒状,备用<br />材料:B)<br />蛋白:4个(AA size)<br />幼糖:80g<br />塔塔粉:1/4茶匙<br />1. 先把蛋白打到泡大,加入塔塔粉打至泡沫小<br />2. 糖分三次打到湿性<br />3. 然后把1/3的蛋白霜加入蛋黄湖里,切记用刮刀翻搅拌。。<br />4. 把面糊倒进7寸活动模(原本食谱里是用6寸的,因为我是用AA鸡蛋,所以面糊多了)<br />4. 送进烤箱,我家烤箱是以140°c烤45分钟,你们的呢就跟回自家的火候哦。<br />5. 蛋糕出炉,就倒扣在铁丝待完全冷却才脱模哦!</span></h2>

<span style="color: yellow;">肮脏酱做法:<br />材料A)<br />蛋黄:1个(AA size)<br />幼糖:15g<br />巧克力粉:5g<br />玉米粉: 5g<br />牛奶:30ml</span></h2>

5)烤盘中放入油纸,将蛋糕糊倒入,并敲打几下,排出多余的空气,把蛋糕放入已预热的烤炉中,下层,以175°烘烤20分钟。取出;撕开油纸待温温时,涂上cream,卷起,待冷固备用。</div>

苦瓜洗净后对半切开,用小勺挖净瓜籽,再切成1cm宽、4cm长的条。老姜削去表皮,切成菱形薄片。大蒜切成薄片。<br />
花蟹用清水冲洗干净,掀起蟹盖(蟹盖保留),去掉腮部,切成适中的块。<br />
大火烧开煮锅中的水,放入切好的苦瓜块汆汤3分钟,捞出用凉水过凉。<br />
炒锅内入油,大火烧至八成热,改中火,放入切好的蟹块及蟹盖炸约30秒捞出。<br />
倒去炒锅中的油,将炸好的花蟹块、蟹盖、汆烫过的苦瓜条放入锅中,加入切好的姜片、蒜片、米酒、白砂糖和生抽,用小火慢炒约2分钟即可。</span><br />

清理螃蟹时,蟹腮一定要去掉,因为蟹腮里有很多脏东西,食用后对人身体不好。<br />
